A commemorative gathering honoring one of Savannah’s most revered historical figures.
The Sgt. William Jasper Ceremony takes place March 16 at Madison Square, beginning at 4:30 p.m. Hosted by the St. Patrick’s Day Parade Committee, the ceremony honors the legacy of Sergeant William Jasper, a Revolutionary War hero closely tied to Savannah’s history.
