We use these details to deliver HelloSav, respond to messages, review event submissions, arrange advertising, and maintain the website. Event information submitted for consideration may be edited and published; contact details are used to communicate with the submitter unless they are supplied as public event information.

3. Newsletters and Beehiiv

Beehiiv provides our newsletter and subscription forms. Subscription and engagement information, such as email opens and link clicks, helps us manage the mailing list and understand which content readers find useful. 4. Website forms, analytics, and tracking

Webflow hosts the website and processes its native forms. The site includes Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and Apollo website tracking and form enrichment. These services may process browser and device details, IP addresses, pages visited, interaction data, and identifiers. Apollo may associate visits or submitted business details with business contact information. Provider settings and consent controls affect which information is collected.

5. Advertising, Mediavine, and Grow

Mediavine and Grow support advertising and audience features on this site. Their services may use cookies and similar technologies and process identifiers, device and browsing information for advertising, measurement, and personalization. Advertising partners may receive information for these purposes, including uses that some privacy laws describe as a sale or sharing of personal data. 6. Payments and other websites

Contribution payments are handled by Stripe. Event Spotlight requests, issue-date selections, proposals, and related payments are handled through Passionfroot and its payment providers. Details you enter there are governed by that service’s privacy policy. HelloSav does not collect full payment card details through this website. 7. Your choices

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter, manage cookies through your browser, and use any consent or advertising privacy controls presented on the site. Blocking cookies may affect some features. You may also contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of information you have shared. The rights available to you depend on applicable law. Requests about Mediavine’s own processing can be directed through its privacy choices page.

8. Storage and security

Information is retained for the purposes described here and as needed for business records, legal obligations, or resolving disputes. Service providers may process data in the United States or other countries. We use the safeguards provided by our service providers, but no online service can guarantee complete security.
