Savannah’s biggest annual celebration returns for its 202nd year.
The 2026 Savannah St. Patrick’s Day Parade takes place Tuesday, March 17, beginning at 10:15 a.m. at the intersection of Gwinnett Street and Abercorn Street. The parade follows the traditional Celebration of Mass at the Cathedral of St. John the Baptist and continues through downtown Savannah.
Now in its 202nd year, this iconic event draws visitors from across the country for marching bands, Irish dancers, elaborate floats, and one of the largest St. Patrick’s Day celebrations in the United States. Spectators line the streets early to secure prime viewing spots along the historic parade route.
