SCAD alum Ciaran McGuigan is opening The Malin, a luxury coworking space, in downtown Savannah on September 15.
Savannah’s coworking scene will get a new addition this fall when The Malin opens its doors at 119 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. Founded by SCAD alum Ciaran McGuigan, The Malin blends high-end design with hospitality focused service, aiming to create a workspace that feels as inspiring as it is functional.
Originally launched in New York, The Malin has quickly expanded to creative hubs across the country. The downtown Savannah location will offer private offices, dedicated desks, and communal memberships, along with meeting rooms, day passes, soundproof phone booths, and a library for quiet work. The 10,000 square foot space has been thoughtfully restored and outfitted with premium finishes, natural light, and custom furnishings, with the goal of balancing productivity and comfort.
For McGuigan, bringing The Malin to Savannah was always part of the plan. As a SCAD alum, he has a longstanding connection to the city and made opening a Savannah location a priority early in the company’s growth.
Membership perks include locally roasted coffee and espresso from Origin, tea from Hale Tea Co., daily pastries, snacks, fruit, complimentary printing and scanning, exclusive local member perks, and concierge services from the onsite team. Flexible plans are available, from part time communal access to fully private offices for teams, and members can opt to gain entry to The Malin’s growing network of locations nationwide.
Founding memberships are now live at themalin.co/savannah, with options for individuals and businesses looking for a work environment that values design, community, and focus in the heart of Savannah.
