Good morning, Savannah! The Fourth of July weekend has officially wrapped up, and somehow it’s already back to reality. Here’s what’s happening this week.
And much more… let’s dive in!

Scratches, faded finish, old stains, or years of wear can make an entire home feel tired.
Olde Savannah Hardwood Flooring has spent more than 20 years helping homeowners across Savannah restore original hardwood floors with expert sanding, refinishing, repairs, and installation.
Whether your home is historic or modern, their team can help you figure out the right solution without unnecessary replacement costs.
“OSHF refinished the floors, sanding them silky smooth, staining them a beautiful brown, and sealing them. We highly recommend them.” — Nick H.
Serving Savannah, Pooler, Bluffton, and surrounding areas.

When Olympia Cafe closed its doors on New Year’s Eve after more than 30 years on River Street, it marked the end of one of Savannah’s longest-running restaurants. The closure came after the restaurant’s lease in the city-owned Gamble Building expired, with the property set for renovations and a new tenant selected through a public bidding process.
Now, the family behind Olympia is preparing to welcome guests once again.
