Celebrate Tybee Post Theater’s 10th anniversary with a live telethon, food, vendors, and a free community lawn party.
The Tybee Post Theater is celebrating its 10th anniversary with a full-day Telethon & Free Lawn Party on Saturday, September 27, from 12–7 p.m. This milestone fundraiser will feature a live, 10-hour telethon broadcast from the theater, streaming a mix of music, comedy, skits, and donor spotlights. Inspired by classic Jerry Lewis telethons, the production highlights community talent and the importance of supporting the nonprofit Tybee Post Theater.
While the telethon unfolds inside, guests can step outside to enjoy a free community lawn party. The celebration includes food from Philly Boyz, local vendors offering unique finds, games and activities for kids, and plenty of space to gather and enjoy the day.
Proceeds from the event benefit the theater’s programming and preservation as a historic community venue. With entertainment, food, and family-friendly activities, the anniversary event offers something for everyone while supporting a local cultural landmark.
