Telfair Academy Listening Sessions

Telfair Museums is inviting community members to help shape the future of Telfair Academy as it marks the 140th anniversary of its opening. The conversations will explore community needs and ideas for future installations at the museum, 121 Barnard Street.

• Monday, November 9, 1–3 p.m.: General Public Discussion. Snacks and nonalcoholic beverages will be provided.
• Tuesday, November 10, 5:30–7:30 p.m.: Social for Emerging Professionals, combining socializing with a discussion of what participants would like to see at the Academy.
• Thursday, November 19, 6–8 p.m.: Members II session. Dinner and beverages will be provided, with art activities available for children.

Register for the session that fits your group and schedule through Telfair Museums. Transportation assistance may be available. Members registering for November 19 should note food requirements and whether they will bring children.
