Chatham County students are out of school! Visit the UGA Aquarium for a live reptile demo and learn about native snakes, turtles, and lizards.
Chatham County students are out of school, and the UGA Aquarium’s coastal reptiles are out to play. This special program on Friday, March 14, at 10 a.m. will introduce participants to native reptiles and their coastal habitats. Learn what loggerhead sea turtles eat, why snakes flick their tongues, and if lizards have ears. A live reptile demonstration will allow guests to observe or interact with snakes and turtles up close. The cost is $15 per person, and registration is required. Admission to the UGA Aquarium is included, and children under 18 must be accompanied by a registered adult.
