Guests will prepare an elegant menu featuring Chestnut & Mushroom Soup, Ginger and Orange Glazed Cornish Game Hen, Millet Pilaf, Wilted Spinach with Grapes and Garlic, and a Flourless Chocolate "Hummus" Torte with Espresso Crème Anglaise.
