A special screening of “Wise Blood” followed by a Q&A with producer and local Stratton Leopold.
In celebration of Flannery O’Connor’s centennial, Trustees Theater will host a special screening of Wise Blood, the film adaptation of her first novel. Directed by John Huston and starring Brad Dourif, the film brings to life O’Connor’s darkly comic story of spirituality and eccentricity in the American South. The event also includes a post-screening Q&A with Savannah native and film producer Stratton Leopold. Tickets are free for SCAD Card holders, $7 for students, seniors, and military, and $10 general admission. Proceeds benefit the Flannery O’Connor Childhood Home.
