Dive into marine ecology and creativity at Crafting Resilience: Oyster Art and Ecology, a hands-on program at the UGA Marine Education Center and Aquarium. Learn about the importance of oysters in Georgia’s coastal ecosystems and the research being done on living shorelines. Then, create your own decorative dish using recycled oyster shells. The program also includes access to the new Living Shoreline aquarium exhibit. Open to adults and young adults (ages 10+ with a registered adult). Registration is $15 and includes aquarium admission.
