My Veterans Place Savannah will host its Annual Family Day for Veterans and Military Families at Lake Mayer with an afternoon of free activities and community programming. The event will include food, music, games, giveaways, and local resources for veterans, service members, and their families.
Organizers say the event is designed as a community gathering where military families and veterans can relax, connect, and spend time together by the lake. The event is open to the public.
