Marbled & Fin is now taking reservations ahead of its April opening in Savannah’s Historic District, bringing a modern steakhouse concept downtown.
A new steakhouse is set to open in Savannah’s Historic District, with Marbled & Fin now officially taking reservations ahead of its debut.
The restaurant, located at 520 East Oglethorpe Avenue, is expected to begin welcoming guests on April 8. It marks the second location of the concept from The Neighborhood Dining Group, with the original Marbled & Fin located in Charleston. The group already has a presence in Savannah through Husk.

Marbled & Fin is designed as a modern take on the traditional steakhouse, with a menu centered around premium cuts of beef, seafood, and a mix of lighter dishes. Executive Chef Jesse Kloskey, who previously worked in Michelin rated kitchens in Northern California, is leading the kitchen. The approach focuses on balancing classic steakhouse offerings with more seasonal and vegetable forward options.
In addition to steaks, the menu is expected to include raw bar selections, small plates, and a range of sides and sauces. A full menu has not yet been released.
The beverage program will be a major part of the experience, with a large wine list and a selection of cocktails and spirits, including rare bourbon and rye offerings.
The space itself is a two story restaurant spanning 8,700 square feet, featuring an expansive bar, a dedicated wine room, and private dining areas upstairs. Large windows overlook the surrounding historic streets, adding to the overall setting.
For the first couple of weeks, Marbled & Fin will operate Wednesday through Sunday, with bar service starting at 4 p.m. and dinner service at 5 p.m. The restaurant plans to transition to seven day service starting April 27. Walk ins will be accepted at the bar on a first come, first served basis.
Reservations are now available online, with the opening adding another new dining option to Savannah’s growing restaurant scene.
