Marbled & Fin is adding a daytime meal to its downtown Savannah steakhouse. Sunday brunch began November 1 at the restaurant on East Oglethorpe Avenue, with service from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
The menu includes familiar brunch dishes alongside the restaurant’s steaks and seafood. There are three Benedicts, starting with a classic version with shaved ham for $26. A Maine lobster Benedict is $42, while the Wagyu steak version comes with poached eggs and sauce Choron for $44.
Sweeter options include a $22 pancake with whipped mascarpone, Vermont maple and blueberry, plus a $12 toaster strudel with almond, lemon curd, cherries and dried raspberry. An English muffin sandwich with pork sausage, American cheese, egg and hashbrowns is $20.
The steakhouse side of the menu remains part of brunch, too. Prime steak and eggs with eye of ribeye, sunny eggs, au poivre sauce and hashbrowns is $45. There are also omelettes, avocado toast, a burger, a fish sandwich and a raw bar with oysters, shrimp cocktail and hot or cold seafood towers.
A separate brunch cocktail menu includes drinks built around grapefruit, espresso, kiwi and matcha, along with several options that can be made without alcohol.
Marbled & Fin is located at 520 East Oglethorpe Avenue, at Houston Street. Brunch reservations are available through Resy, and the full Savannah brunch menu is posted on the restaurant’s website.
