520 Wings is making a move, but not far. The Bull Street wing spot is relocating from 2705 Bull Street to 2701 Bull Street, directly next door at the corner of Bull and Victory. Owner Gary Gordon is taking ownership of the new building, a former 1940s Gulf gas station that is being renovated while keeping much of its original character intact.

The menu will remain the same, with both bone in and boneless wings available in flavors like lemon pepper, sweet and tangy, garlic parmesan, honey BBQ, hot honey mustard, teriyaki, and more. In addition to wings, 520 Wings serves items such as chicken, shrimp, and salmon alfredos, cheesesteaks, gyros, po boys, burgers, salads, and fried seafood combo plates.

The new location will also allow Gordon to test a weekend brunch pilot program. Proposed dishes include shrimp and grits, fish and grits, chicken and waffles, seafood hashbrowns, and a brunch burger. If the brunch concept proves successful, it could become a regular offering.

Business filings show the restaurant has received approval for a liquor license. While frozen daiquiris are currently on the menu, the team has discussed expanding beverage options in the future, potentially adding beer, wine, and brunch cocktails.

The buildout has moved quickly, with the goal of opening around St. Patrick’s Day. The relocation adds another visible update to this stretch of the Bull Street corridor in Starland, where several nearby properties have recently seen improvements.

For 520 Wings, the move is less about changing what works and more about stepping into a space the owner can call his own, just a few feet from where it all started.
